The ticket unit prices and the term of validity of tickets are different
in each package of tickets.
We accept Japanese Yen as well as U.S. Dollar. See the price list in JPY from here.
If you have 2 or more types of tickets, they shall be consumed on a first
come first out basis.

You can receive the lesson report that includes an outline and main points
of the lessons, etc every after lesson. The review that uses our lesson
reports is recommended especially for busy people like business person,

We provide all students with J-OS quality teachers. For "J-02(Standard)" and "J-03(Advanced)", we offer teachers who meet the following conditions.
1) longer experience with J-OS courses.
2) advanced knowledge and skills in computer-based teaching and who have more experience in writing online lesson plans.
3) an ability to design an extended courses tailor-made to suit each individual
student's needs on a long-term basis. |

You can reserve / cancel via E-mail or telephone as well as via the reservation
system.
**The telephone can be accepted only in our business hours.

Please cancel via the reservation system 12 hours before the lesson.
Cancellation via E-mail or telephone are also acceptable.
**Cancellations via E-mail or telephone of lessons scheduled for our holiday or the day following
our holiday should be made by
(1)12 hours before the lesson
(2)8:00pm(=20:00) in Japan time on the last our business day before the
holiday
which occur earlier
If you cancel before the time limit mentioned above, you can carry over
the ticket(s). Otherwise the ticket(s) will be counted as a regular lesson.
Please note in advance that frequent cancellations may result in your teacher becoming assigned to another student and other teacher being assigned to your lesson.

to suit each individual student's needs on a long-term basis. |
