The biggest attraction of private lessons is that they can be conducted according to the needs of each individual student. From those who just want to be able to read job-related documents to those who want to be able to handle telephone conversations with their clients, lessons can be arranged for every type of individual need. Another attraction of private lessons is that a lot of material can be covered per lesson. For instance, when using role playing during a class, a student can practice many more times than possible in a group lesson.

J-OS lessons are conducted with Japanese teachers who are highly familiar with Japanese language instruction techniques. J-OS teachers have certified qualifications and are highly adept at giving online lessons. Also, lessons can be given in the studentfs native language. (Instruction is currently available in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, Thai, and other languages.) Because most of our students are business people, our school is designed so everyone can use their time efficiently. Since classes can be taken from the home, the office, and even during business trips, there is no commute time. Since classes can be easily taken from overseas (we have experience providing training to students in over 20 countries), pre-training before coming to Japan and short intensive training, previously unavailable to such students, is now possible.
Finally, lessons are available 24 hours a day.

Reasonable course fees

Private lessons can be taken for about the fee other schools charge for group lessons. Since classes can be taken from the home or office, without the need to commute to school, no transportation costs are involved. Furthermore, we promise that lesson quality is at least as high as face-to-face lessons. Please try us at least once. We promise a fulfilling educational experience that includes services such as sending you a lesson report after each lesson so that even busy people can review material efficiently.

Mr.Robert Baruch USA	Aside from a few phrases, I am a complete beginner in Japanese. There is nothing like having one-on-one live lessons for language learning. My main problem was finding a Japanese teacher locally that would teach during evening hours. Through J-OS and Skype, I suddenly had available to me any registered teacher anywhere in the world. And I don't even have to drive to a classroom, and my teacher is fluent in English, too! The lesson material is also excellent. A previous CD-based self-learning course taught me that apparently the most useful phrase after getting off the plane at Narita Airport was "Won't you have a drink?" Instead, with the Minna no Nihongo textbook, I'm learning useful phrases for introduction, directions, and so on. Live learning, no travel, a great pool of teachers, and a great textbook. This is a powerful combination!

You have the advantages of individual instruction without the inconvenience of travelling to meet your teacher.In a classroom situation I feel that a lot of time is wasted by copying information from a whiteboard/blackboard.
