In the pre-interview, conducted either by e-mail or telephone, we will check information such as student ability level, your desired class schedule, and other information. |
Students will be notified and lessons will start once all necessary preparations have been made. A test to determine student ability level can be conducted as necessary before classes start. |
Necessary Equipment 
(1)PC and SKYPE(or Windows Live Messenger)
You need a computer with Windows7 or Vista or WindowsXP or Mac. Both Internet messenger systems SKYPE and Windows Live Messenger can be used at no charge.
(2)Broad-band internet connection
If you are using narrowband connections, such as a dial-up or ISDN, you may not be able to get a good picture/sound quality on video chat therefore we recommend that you use broad-band, such as an optical fiber or ADSL connection.
(3)Headset and Web-cam
In a lesson, a web-cam and a headset are required. (If you are an advanced learner, audio-only lessons without a web-cam are also possible.)
